Page Title Issue on Closed-Mode Surey was created by xksefa

Hi,

I've a closed mode survey which can be accessible by a token only.
But the initial page where user enters token doesn't show any title. It shows the URL instead of title.
You can check the picture attached.

I couldn't find how to fix it.

Can anyone help me please?
