Hi,

I just created a survey and activated to be conducted by users in the field.

2 issues i am facing which I believe are related

- While capturing photo in file upload. sometimes user get error which says "Sorry This image is too large. Only files upto 100000 KB are allowed" knowing that the capturing image size would not be more than 5 to 7 mb"

- The response are showing as incomplete even users are submitting them however only one response came in backend which is without image but user is claiming that he captured image

My question is, even I increased the size of the image but still users getting issues so is there anything I have to adjust?

Also why am I having data loss issue?

I have changed the settings in PHP.ini

Is data loss issue due to file upload?
