In a survey that is currently on the air, all settings are correct. They have been checked several times. But the bounce tracking system does not work. When the return check command is given, none is marked and a message says that "0 messages have been checked and none marked as bounced". As in the email inbox set up to receive them, there are more than 800 messages, it should be "XXX messages have been verified and YYY marked as bounced". A sample inspection of some messages in the mail box showed that the headers are correct, that is, they include token-id and survey-id. Which means that something is not allowing Limesurvey to read them.
I use Version 2.6.6-lts Build 171111.
Does anyone know how can I solve this problem, please?
