Hi, i have a survey, one question has a multi answers, which table in the database stores the answers of this question?

For example:
What is your best food
1- Pizza
2- Burger
3- Other, Specify (...............................)

so if somebody checked "Pizza" , where can i find this value in the database? and if somebody checked "Other" and typed "Sushi" where i can find "Sushi" in the database?

Thanks so much for your helps..
i am trying to link a Crystal Report to the database and need the above to accomplish my task..

The answers from your other thread are still valid.

There is one table for every activated survey. Surveyid is used in the tablename.
Depending on the structure of the survey the answers.
You'll have to inspect the database-structure on your own to identify the relevant fields.

No.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

It means, that nobody knows in advance, what tablenames and variables names are used till you create the survey and activate it. You need to look inside the mysql database to check for yourself.

Creating the reports will need some tweaks. When you don't change the survey structure, the fields stay the same.
The survey id will be helpful to identify the table of the survey.

Or you use the RemoteControl API. But that means you need to write code to communicate with LimeSurvey.

what is your favorite food
1- pizza
2- burger
3- other (.................)

i took the survey, and i put "potato" in the "other", however when i search the entire database for a string "potato" , i get 0 result, i am confused of where does this data is stored!?
