Hi there,

when I´m logged in in my LS-install as admin (Version 2.62.2+170303) and try to start the Comfort-Update via the button on the installation´s starting-page, I´ll get this message:
"Unbekannter Fehler!

Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Kontaktieren Sie bitte das LimeSurvey Team.

Fehlercode: build_not_found "

the licence for the Comfort-Update function is up-to-date

There are already a few bugreports about this issue.
E.g. bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=12124

My guess is that the build number had a mistype during some updates.
Build 170303 means 3th March 2017 which is in the future.
Since you're build is in the future the updater can't handle that situation well.
Not sure if the LS GmbH team just want to wait till 3th March 2017 or will release a manual update fix.
I haven't seen an official response from the LS GmbH team .

As the comfort update is a premium feature and you obviously have purchased that you are entitled to contact the provider of this service by going to "contact" and use the ticket system there.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

A reply to these open bug tickets would help too:
