After updating to 2.06+ Build 151018 (from v2.05+) I am unable to add or edit questions. This issue has two facets:
1. Error text, such as "Title cannot be blank" is not appearing on any theme - including default ones like gringegreen
2. I've added logging to ajaxValidate and can see it getting called whenever I hit Add Question or Save, but the page does not refresh and the question is not added or edited.
Any thoughts on where else I can look to see what's going wrong? I'm able to create Surveys and Question Groups so it doesn't seem to be a database issue.
