Mailbestätigung bei anonymer Umfrage was created by netify

Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte bei einer Umfrage, bei der es keine Zugangsschlüssel gibt, eine Mailadresse abfragen (das mache ich bisher einfach mit einer Frage) und an diese Adresse dann zur Bestätigung eine Mail schicken lassen.
Ist das soweit einfach möglich?

Hi,
ganz einfach:
Du hast Deine Text-Frage, in welcher Du die E-Mail-Adresse abfragst. Sei es Frage "Q1".

Dann trägst Du dies ein:

Oder auch in das andere Feld; wie Du willst.
