Or allow me to be able to pass attribute_1 and attribute_2 to those admin fields. Would love to be able to send a survey and have it appear it came from any number of senders.

Also, I'm unclear on how to request a feature via Issue Tracker. As I try to follow the instructions, it seems I don't have category selection to make it a feature request instead of reporting a bug:

Top right corner in the dropdown you can choose bug reporting or feature request.
I don't think you can pass the admin name and admin email via attributes.

Ok, my "workaround*" from 2 years ago isn't holding up anymore.
I'm on Version 2.72.3+171020 so I'm a little behind on updates since then.
Is it still the case that I can't have multiple admin names/email addresses per survey? If that's true, then I don't know of anything else than to create a duplicate of the existing survey where the only changes are to update those two admin fields. I'd rather not have to deal with the extra data tables.
Thanks, everyone!
*There was no workaround - convinced the customer they didn't need it.
