I recently created a survey that works fine. However, the upload questions gets stuck whenever the user tries to upload. I can neither select file nor close the upload window.

I always have to refresh the page before I can answer subsequent questions.

How do I resolve this, please?

Limesurvey version and build number.
Theme used

The version is 4.1.9+200311

Theme used is an extended version of bootswatch

Please : update, i think it's reported and fixed in current 4.X version.

The latest version is 4.1.11 and mine is version 4.1.9. However, the issue still persists on my end.

Don't know if the fact that the survey is hosted on WordPress is an issue.

Seems you use an outdated theme (i see ajax information, and ajax is totally removed now)?
Can you check with default one

I did run the survey with a default theme - bootswatch - and nothing changed.

I'd try to run the update again using the ComfortUpdate.

I have noticed that the upload question seems to work when I have just one upload question per page. The moment I add multiple upload questions, they all don't seem to work. The issue that prevents users from moving to the next page persists.


Also, I did look through the demo you sent and I noticed a demo, the List (drop-down menu) , and would love to know how you created the question: List (drop-down menu) with category separator (and category).

Would love to learn that cos that's a feature I require for my survey.

Can you create a mantis issue about this issue ?

Then we can check and maybe fix it.
