hi everyone

when i came into Survey text elements panel first time

Welcome message and end message will show two table???

what should i do?

I don't understand the question. Is that a screenshot or an aggregated image? What LimeSurvey version?

I think he wants to say that all input fields are doubled in 3.6.1.

Just saw it in my installation, too.
