Hi,

I can't add more than 46 subquestions to a Multiple choice question (M). This produce me the following error message:

Question has been stored, but an error happened: CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'question' cannot be null

But the 'question' is not empty as well as the subquestions textbox.
Tested with the following versions:

Release 4.0.0+200116
Release 4.1.14+200331

my specs:

Operating system Linux: 4.19.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.67-2+deb10u2 (2019-11-11) x86_64
PHP version 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.3

Web server software: Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)

Moreover, with 4.1.14+200331, the error messages doesn't appear. There is only a red box.
