We're launching a survey and a few people have reported an error message on one of the questions. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error below.

I wondered if anyone had come across this error before and perhaps knows of any solutions?

The error doesn't appear for everyone. I'd say it only shows for 25% of participants.

Is there a browser consistency?

Have you tried disabling AJAX in the survey theme options?

In my opiniuon, it came from the server somewhere, not directly from LimeSurvey
