theme fruity (extended)

If I have the "embedded" language changer on the welcome page (see screenshot)
and an "inline" data policy statement, then I can not change the language unless I check the data policy checkmark.

It is ok, that I can not continue with the survey without having the checkmark checked but I should be able to change the language.

(If I have a collapsable data policy statement (not inline) then I can change the language without checkmark. I also get a stupid warning message, but the language does change.)

anyone having the same problem, ideas, solutions?

ok, thx, is it possible with a hosted account to apply a dirty quick fix myself?
I am not an extreme programming and html/css pro but have some experience. So, I should be able to apply it also if I have to work with JavaScript e.g., just need a hint about where the screw is which I need to turn. Thx.

Seem fixed for 3.15 version : PLEASE : always give your limesurvey version !

where do I find that with the hosted version?
