Headerimage cannot convert to the smaller screens

Headerimage cannot convert to the smaller screens was created by RitaShen
hi there
I have a question about headerimage cannot convert to the smaller screens
I'm use limeSurvey 3.15.0
and when I use the smart phone, my headerimage will not convert directly.
it's will be like this：
but on the computer, the headerimage will look like this：
I have put this in my custom.css
because if I did not put display: -webkit-box this, my headerimage won't be at the middle of the top.
can anyone help me to solve this problem?
