Hey folks,

I am clueless about an issue, that occurs with the date-plugin as well as the "resume later"-function as they don't respond to any mouseclicks. Both only works if I use IE 11.

Let me explain...

Tested on:
LimeSurvey Version 3.13
Browsers: Firefox 60.2.2esr (32-Bit), Google Chrome, Samsung Browser

The calendar does not open, if I click on the little icon beside the text field. The same goes for the "resume later"-function. Nothing happens.

However when I reload the page, suddenly every feature is working.

Are you familiar with this problem? Do you have any advice how to fix it?

Many thanks in advance and best regards
Leon

This does not look like a standard LS template. Did you modify the template?
What happens when you use one of the survey templates that are shipped with Limesurvey?

My first guess would be, that you are using a survey template that is not compatible with 3.x. But with this tiny screenshot, it is basically impossible to tell.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

What is the date-plugin? A real plugin of LimeSurvey?

Like holch already posted. It looks like theme issue. Try with a theme which is distributed with LS 3.

Since the first screenshot was not supposed to be uploaded anyways, I share with you the one showing the calendar plugin. It is a basic feature that I could choose while editing the questions.

I am using the bootswatch theme and put some custom css onto it. Afterwards I tried the vanilla theme and the fruity theme (with no custom css) and the same issues appeared.

Try disabling AJAX mode in the theme options.
