Work like a charm : review your urlCode:<img alt="" src="/upload/themes/survey/skelvanilla/files/poweredby.png" style="width:100px;height:auto"/>
I'm using the hosted LimeSurvey Pro version (at least 3.15) on LS servers, AND also the locally installed xampp version as well (at least 3.15).

I tried
1) <img alt="" src="/upload/themes/survey/skelvanilla/files/poweredby.png" style="width:100px;height:auto"><br>
2) <img alt="" src="/themes/survey/skelvanilla/files/poweredby.png" style="width:100px;height:auto">
(Copy & Pasted your line, Denis, and even created a theme with that exact name.)
In the case (1) the image is shown in the template editor, so the path must be right. However, in both cases no CID was created when sent as email. -> It is not displayed in the email.

Relative paths will only work on system resources and core themes.
Relative paths to survey files and user themes will not work.
We are working on a solution, but we're not there yet.
The issue is under investigation.

Why you say that !markusfluer wrote: As written in the support tracker.
Don't use relative urls for embedding images in emails.
The relative endpoint is changing depending on the mailclient.
It work if you set relative path to your system the image is not LINKED, it's EMBEDDED .
Don't put false information please …
See www.limesurvey.org/forum/design-issues/1...o-the-email-template it work !
@rikatechdoku : yes : GREAT point
