I am unable to edit answers options, give the following error was created by krishnasingh
I m gettting this error while click on Edit Answer Options..

My Url in Browser...http://.....my domain....../index.php?r=admin/questions/sa/answeroptions/surveyid/316913/gid/1/qid/2

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'assessment_value' doesn't have a default value
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

I got the same message. I run a clean LS 3.0.0. Installed yesterday.

we just released on comfortUpdate the fix.
So just update to latest version.

@beyond_chao, can you please describe exactly what you did to produce the error (question type, settings, server and database info, etc.)?
