My survey is set up to allow users to save partially answered surveys and come back later to finish up. To do so, when the user saves his or her survey, LimeSurvey asks to create a user name and a password. However, I have a user who forgot his username and password, and he did not find a button or link to recover his username and password, so as to load his partially answered survey. As administrator of this survey, I also did not find an option to help the respondent to retrieve his username and pw. Does anyone know how to go around or avoid this situation without disabling the possibility to save partially answered surveys?
