Logo overlaps with headlines was created by transcrisis
Hello everybody!
I have a small query related to our survey. When potential respondents open the survey, our logo occassionally overlaps with the headlines. Interestingly, when navigating back and forth between survey pages, the issue disappears, even when returning to the start page. In order to include the logo, I have closely followed the instructions in the LimeSurvey Manual.
I have attached a screenshot in case it could help. In this case the survey has already been responded, but the same issue appears when the survey is opened for the first time.
We have experienced these problems with Firefox. However, we have ruled out that the browser is causing this issue, since in some computers this problem does not appear, even when navigating with Firefox.
Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I greatly appreciate your help in advance.

This is clearly not any of the templates that come with Limesurvey, but a custom template.
It is impossible to help you with custom templates, as no one knows how they are structured, the source code, etc.
If you post a link to a survey you might be lucky and someone has a look at it. No guarantees.
As you are client of Limeservice/Limesurvey GmbH, you might get lucky contacting them directly through the ticket system. But also there, I don't think custom templates are covered by their support. So you need to be lucky...

Token based, not possible to access and see the problem live.

The screenshot uses this token.

transcrisiseuproject.limequery.org/499445?token=g9B6pYnnxjFdFNe
Wouldn't rule out browser at this stage. Without looking at the html/css code I would try a logo image with less width and try to reproduce the error.

I can reproduce the problem in Firefox and Chrome. I think the problem is that the #topContainer element is positioned absolutely. Also, jelo makes a good point about the image size.
Try adding this to the end of template.css:
Try adding this to the end of template.css:
Code:
#topContainer { border-bottom: medium none; padding: 1em; position: relative; width: 100%; } #topContainer img { max-width: 100%; }
