I am using LimeSurvey 2.50+ and have a survey that is already active. I have had feedback from participants that the information is not displaying properly when they use it on their phones, and they are unable to scroll horizontally to access the information that doesn't fit on the page.
The survey ID is 715376 and the problem occurs in the 5th question set, question VA1 and all subsequent questions with the same structure.
Can anyone help me avoid this in future or adjust this with the survey still active?

Where is that survey hosted? Unfortunately the survey id is not providing any information about your survey or issue.
Do you host with limeservice.com? They have a helpdesk:

You may post a link to your survey or a screenshot with the issue.
The issue may be solved with an update or a different template.
