Error in Comfort Update

Hi Lime Community,

We purchased comfort update key and tried comfort update. We got an error in updating LimeSurvey. But not able to get what error it is.

Please see a snapshot and suggest something on this.

As a paying customer you can ask the support directly via a ticket.

To me this looks likes a ComfortUpdate bug.
You can activate the debug mode and see if you get a error message.
Not sure if I would do that, when 294 surveys are active.

Yes, for problems with Comfort-Update the quickest would be to open a ticket via the support. But it should also be in the Comfort Update parte of the forum. I'll move it there.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
