Can LimeSurvey import surveys exported by Qualtrics?

Can LimeSurvey import surveys exported by Qualtrics? was created by Miranda
In Qualtrics, it is possible to export surveys in .txt format. This simply outputs all the survey questions in plain text file. Does anybody know if it is possible to import these surveys into LimeSurvey easily?
