Dear Lime's,
Is it possible to let people fill out an email-adress and password before they can start the survey? Technically, in that case you are showing the "save"-page before they enter the survey.
Hopefully someone can help me out with this.

Thats exactly what i am looking for!
To fill in the username and the password before they start the survey.
