I have a scenario where we ask people to identify the state they live in. I then have some question groups that we only want to show to a specific number of respondents from each state.

For example, I want to show Question Groups 3 to 5 to :

25 people from Oregon
65 people from Florida
22 people from West Virginia

So, as a concrete example, once I have reached the threshold of 25 people from Oregon, Groups 3 to 5 won't be displayed any other respondents from that state. However, they would continue to see Question Groups 1,2 and 6,7,8.

Any suggestions how this can be done?
