Why does LimeSurvey create hundreds assets with CSS files on server? Can I turn off this "great" things?

Because : you are sure last css and js are the last one, because you can set up LimeSurvey dire (except index.php) out of web access.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
