Hi everyone,

We are looking for a solution preferably within Limesurvey, where a few clients of us could have there own closed database of participants, wich we would adress a few times per year to take a survey.

Participants should be able to register themselves in the panel on an invite with a token. A first survey will ask some basic personal information. Gender/sex,..

It should be possible in this panel management module to filter on these variables like age, sex, etc before sending a survey to them. The system should be able to remember how many surveys the respondents completed already in that year. Let's say at the start a respondent said he wanted maximum 4 surveys per year, the system shouldn't include him for sending out a fifth survey in that same year.

Concerning panel management and GDPR, it should be possible to organize the database in a manner that respondents can log in and look into their personal data, change data or unsubscribe themselves.

Anyone that knows if it's possible to achieve this with Limesurvey? Really hoping to find a solution!

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards and a nice weekend to everyone!

Sven

This is not possible in Limesurvey out of the box. You would need to create a custom solution, at least for parts of what you are trying to do (public registration, user management with login, access personal data, change and unsubscribe).

What you are looking for is basically a sophisticated panel solution, which Limesurvey does not offer. The CPDB is relatively basic.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

If you not want to rule out LimeSurvey yet, you would need to setup a LimeSurvey installation for every client. That way you have one database per client. Each client has customers, which should be able to remove themselves from the LimeSurvey database.

You might can push the GDPR plugin in your direction. Perhaps that would work to start a test.

But this is still work in progress. So holch's statement is still true.
