is it possible to log the clicks in a multiple choice question? I would like to have the information about the order of the clicks. "first click on item xy, second click on item xy"

I'd say you'd need at least a combination with another question there.
To log the clicks you will need to have a long text question to save into.
But overall it should be possible.

In 2.6lts : i use a ranking question type show as checkbox for such system. It work . Never take time to make a plugin.
