Export to PDF / Print survey as form-lookalike was created by grl
Hi!
Is it possible to export / print the survey in a way that it looks like the form the participants entered their answers in?
Most important I'd love to see the questiontype "array" printed as array!
It would be far easier this way to get a quick overview on the trend.
regards
Lukas

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, that was asked a few times before.
In my opinion the best way ist to run the survey and use a pdf creator add-on of your browser.

Thanks for that quick reply.
Tried to do that - but I could not figure out to open that view for a certain participant of the survey, so I can get a paperversion of that specific participants answers.
Is there a way I'm just not aware of?

So, you want to print the questionnaire with given answers?
You could use the queXMLPDF report.
Here you have the arrays as arrays.

Thanks, Joffm!
This looks exactly like what I'm looking for.
But how to get that?
Looks like I'm too stupid to export with the Answers given. I can get an export of the empty survey - but not with the answers...
So I've to ask for another hint how to do that...

I know that possibility. But I want to print the answers of the participants - not the participants itself.
A number of participants finished the survey.
For further use of the data I'd like to print the complete forms of that participants - ideal would be to be able to select some of them and not have to print all the answers.
If I understood right your talking about printing as a participant - and I'm searching for a possibility to print as the admin of the survey...
Or is it possible for me to open the survey as a certain participant the same way they see it while answering? I don't have that much participants - so that would be a totally sufficient option...
Thanks for your help!

Please could someone tell me how this missing button and the according tooltip is called in english?
I don't see it so I can't look for that information myself. And the screenshots Joffm gratefully provided are in german.
I hope to find more information about the problem when searching for the correct english terms...
Thanks
Lukas
