I need help with a health survey quiz. There are 10 questions in the survey. Each question has 4 options(scores). The survey participant can pick only one option to get a score. Any option is correct. I want to assign scores 0, 1, 2, 4 to each option in every question.
Can you help me with a trick I can use in limesurvey to assign these scores to a variable? At the end of the survey(after all 10 questions have been answered), I want to get the sum(total) of all the points.
