Hi,
I am running a pre-program survey that is being conducted on a rolling bases. The program is running throughout the summer - people are contacted 3 weeks before their program starts and asked to complete the survey. I have all the program participants in the taken table and then I send the invitations and reminders selectively based on their program date.

Because this is done on a rolling bases I will have people who have completed the program but have not completed the pre-program survey. Is there a way to block their links to prevent a situation where they finish the program remember that they have the link and do the survey? I can't deactivate/expire the survey because I have other people coming in.

I tried changing the number of uses left to , but that does not seem to prevent someone who has the link to use it.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

You may try to use "Valid until" date for specific tokens. Manual: "Valid from & Valid until : You can set a date/time range where this token would be allowed to use. You can leave these empty if you don't want to limit participation time frame for certain users. Note: If the user is answering the survey and the participation time ends then the user is locked out immediately and won't be able to finish the survey."

Setting uses left to 0 should work. Did you set it to 0 or null?

Tony - I changed the uses left to 0 (not null), but this did not block me from taking the survey.
