Array question type with multiple selection was created by TerryInLeesburg
I searched but could not find the answer...
I am trying to do an array, but instead of only being able to select one item per row, I would like to be able to select multiple answers per row.
In the example below, I want them to be able to select multiple months for each sub question.
Any way to do this?
