Hello!

Can I set some public page where will be list of active public survey and anybody could participate in it?

Or all playing through invitation by email or if I would paste link say in some social network

The root page of your LimeSurvey directory is a list of public surveys - "List survey publicly" - manual.limesurvey.org/Survey_settings#Pu...n_.26_access_control
