The general answer is "Yes". But depends on the type of question.

A example of this:
Q1 (multiple response) Select your pets:
1. cat (V)
2. dog
3. fish (V)
4. ...
Q2 (only see response of the Q1 responses) Select the age of your pets:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 10+
1. cat
3. fish

I don`t know anything about code, but few years ago, when I studied in university, this option was available in Limesurvey.
