Hi,

Let's say there are 10 questions related to the assessment report. I don't want to let participants know which 10 questions, so I don't want to set the questions as required items.

In order to provide the most accurate report, I want to provide the assessment report only if participants answer all 10 questions. If they only answer 9 of them, the assessment report should not be shown even if the assessment value falls into the assessment range. The system should not warn the participants that they have missed some of the 10 questions as I think they have freedom to answer or not.

Any solution?

Yes.

Don't use the core assessments capability. Instead, use Expression Manager to create the report in a text-display question. This question can also be shown/hidden by relevance depending on whether all 10 questions are answered.
