Survey 'toaster' for website visitors was created by MontyDon
Hi all,

I want to create a survey that pops up in the corner of the screen for website visitors who have been on the page for 30 seconds. I was hoping to to do something in a 'toaster' style, which users could close easily if not interested.

The main purpose is to find out why people aren't buying. I will only ask a small number of questions, such as:

Did you find what you are looking for on our site?
What could we do to improve the page?
etc.

I've never used Limesurvey before, so was wondering if it's achievable.

Thanks

Monty

It is achievable, but this has little to do with Limesurvey itself, but is rather a general web development issue.

Limesuvey gives you the questionnaire, now you need to find out how you can implement it to show on your website.

What you probably need to do:
1. Create a layer (DIV) that opens after X seconds in the position and size you want it to open
2. Create a short survey (all in one style) in Limesurvey with the questions you would like to ask
3. Include the survey e.g. via iframe into this layer
