I am trying to migrate from 1.92+ Build 120526 (previous provider) to 2.06+ Build 151126 (new provider SiteGround, Softaculous fresh install), getting "Invalid survey ID" error

First step (xml import) appears to sort of work (but not showing actual number of medium complex survey questions):

OS X El Capitan, Safari - I tried force remove xml extension, forcing UTF-8 (Jedit)

Any ideas? Hints much appreciated!
