Question Index not getting loaded for particular participant was created by poojadure

Hi Everyone,

I got stuck in the new issue.

We have one participant in our survey who is not able to see the Question index menu in the survey, even if Question Index is enabled.

But if I'm login with the same token i'm able to see the Question index menu.

Even other participants are able to see the Index. I've tried to debug a lot but unable to find. Can you guys please help me to find the possible issue.

What LimeSurvey version and theme are you using?

What device and browser is the respondent using?

Thanks, for your reply.

We are using '3.7.1' LimeSurvey version and Vanilla theme.

Desktop machine and Google chrome browser.
