Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error was created by teracomp
I created a survey, activated it, but can't get past the welcome screen.
Here's the survey:

Last time I saw this, I had to change the setting for publication & access, but this time I can't get past the error.
FYI: I'm still working on the report, so the endurl will not work well...that's what I planned to work on, but the error prevents me from making progress.
Please advise.

500: Internal Server Error Property "SurveyDynamic.datestamp" is not defined. An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request.
