Combine exported HTML with exported theme was created by johnwm
I have exported a survey from Lime Survey as html, but it does not use the associated theme that is included in the export.
Is there an example of what files must be added to the survey html that will cause the survey to use the associated theme in the export?

What Limesurvey version are you using?
Is the theme used if you view the survey as HTML directly from the admin GUI instead of exporting it?

We are using LimeSurvey
Version 3.17.5+190604
It presents perfectly online. Just used it after a conference and had 76 responses without issue.
When exported as HTML the survey shows in web browser, but does not use the exported theme. The theme it is using (online) is the default.
