Hi to everyone.
I'm designing a survey to evaluate employees most of the questions are a four option radio form. Each answer is:

Very Good
Good
Need to improve
Bad

But this answer is what I want to show to the user but in the BD i want to store a number instead the text (Very Good: 4, Good: 3, Need...:2, Bad: 1)
Is there a way to achieve that?

I answer myself, i can use the codes and then when I export check the option export codes instead export the full answer.
