For an upcoming research project we want get blood glucose information of our patients.
First we want to ask the blood glucose value and beside this question we want them to indicate which value they presented us (mmol/l, mg/dl or don't know).
We are working on LImesurvey 3.15.

Any help is highly appreciated.
Thank you

Hi, here the solution "out of the box".

Display your survey "group by group".
If you want to show your questions "question by question" no problem. Just put each question into a group.

In this group you have the two questions and this result.

Unfortunately the plugin "arraytextadapt" doesn't work in LS 3.x

Kind regards
Joffm

Thank you for your quick reply. This is how we have it right now and if it there is no solution in LS 3.x we would present it this way.

Here is a post describing how to insert drop-downs into an array - www.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-this-w...text?start=15#173149

Since you would be using an array-numbers, you would need to use numeric values for the options (not the labels).
