As per subject, I have a hidden question right at the start of my survey, which takes a value passed into the survey URL.

However, this means that the survey starts at question number 2 which is annoying/confusing for the user.

Any way around this?

Yes, but the automatic numbering kind of blows up anyway if you have any conditional questions or groups.
