Hello guys, could you please tell me, if its possible to place 2 arrays next to each other as on screenshot, and how it can be done?

But watch out with those huge questions. Mobile is becoming more and more important. More and more people rather fill in a survey while on the go on their mobile phone, than sitting at home at the computer and dedicate their time only to this.

So while I know that sometimes those arrays are the best way to ask things, those questions only work well on very large screens and should be kept to a minimum.
