I want to take assessment and retrieve the assessment score from survey response later on. But I did not see it in response. Is there a way to store the assessment score in response?

Thanks
Tridib

I have found a simple solution for this. For my project, I am using LimeSurvey as an assessment tool and just need the values of the questions answered (which is the same range for all the questions). So, I replaced the answer code with the same assessment value (1-5 range) for each of the questions. I checked and this value is being saved to the database for each of the questions which is what I needed.

Hope this helps!

Hi, all,

well, this is one of my first recommendations:
Never use these default answer option codes like "A1", "A2",...
Always change them to numerical codes.

You can write assessments to Equation type questions with the Expression Manager Qcode.value variable - manual.limesurvey.org/Expression_Manager#Access_to_Variables

Thanks all for your replies. but none of this solves my problem. We found a work around. Not sure if that's a hack. We are thinking to use question type "Equation" to calculate the Assessment score as an answer. Then we can read this response through RemoteControl API to know about the score.
