Sending reminders only to subjects who have not started a survey was created by gerhardr
I would like to send reminders only to subjects who have not started a survey. The current default is to send it to all participants who have not finished the survey (they might have started it already). Is this possible?

As far as I know, that's not possible without hacking the core code.

Not hacking the core code, but doing a plugin.
Using manual.limesurvey.org/BeforeTokenEmail
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
