I have no programming or coding knowledge and I want to embed YouTube video clips into my LimeSurvey questionnaire. How do I do this. I have also never used Limesurvey.

You will definitely have to learn a little bit about how Limesurvey works, but this is the same for any software. If you can upload the video to Youtube you can implement the video just as with any other website. You copy the code they provide you for embedding videos and paste it in the code view (not in the wysiwyg editor view) into the text of the question.
