I have a problem with my Installation

I have a problem with my Community Edition, or Comfort Update

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems.

Have a look at our manual. Hopefully, you will find a solution there.

We do not offer any support for the Community Edition, as such, we do however offer a limited technical support for buyers of our Surveyor Premium Packages.

If you experience problems with your Comfort Update or your premium package add-ons, please open a ticket in our support tracker.


I want to apply for a discount

Great! We are eager to help to reach a goal for the greater good.

For the student discount please send us a copy of your student id, or certificate of enrollment.

For the educational discount we need to be able to concern the academical purpose. For example registering as a teacher or lecturer, we should find reference of you on the internet.

For charitable organizations we need some kind of proof of the charitable cause.

I have a question regarding my invoice

We are very sorry if something is not as you requested it.

I want someone to create a template for me, or design/analyze my survey

We at LimeSurvey are always trying to give you the best experience, by administering our servers and making the software better.

Unfortunately, things like fixing templates and analyzing surveys cost a lot of time, which we want to spend on making LimeSurvey better.

So all of these tasks, we forward to our partners.

They have a lot of experience with doing the things around LimeSurvey we don't have time for.
