I can't find the reorder questions menu item was created by nick2020

hi
I was looking for how to reorder questions,
but I can't find the option in the survey settings.
Is this a bug?
Please help

That was removed in 4.x, I have asked for it to be reinstated.

In the meantime, you can drag to reorder in the left content pane.

I actually have the same issue brand new install of 4.1.8+ and if I hover over the three lines to try to drag and drop I just have a grey or red crossed out circle. Any thoughts? have tried multiple OS and Browser combos and same issue.

The survey must be deactivated and there is a lock/unlock icon at the top of the structure list that must be unlocked (I have no clue what the benefit of that "feature" is).
