We currently have a survey active with lots of routing and we are battling to get the quotas to come through.
For example in one question there are 6 options, each option routes you to a different question and depending on your answer in the initial question AND the subsequent question a certain quota needs to apply. This is not happening - we still get a 0 but when we export the data and manually check the responses, we can see the data has been collected.
We have followed the steps from the manual on how to set up quotas with multiple answers exactly as shown (the example of data from students vs non-students). Even these simple quotas are not working.
