I created a new survey. It runs smoothly, however, neither the welcome nor the end-message are displayed. In my other surveys both messages are presented. What could be the problem?

What LimeSurvey version?

Have you entered welcome and end messages for all languages?

What happens when the respondent clicks the final submit button?

Cheers,

Strange, can we have a test link ?
Did you try to deactivate ajaxMode if you are in 3.X and up version ?

In fact the endmessage is shown. So that works fine now. Just the welcome message is not displayed. I have a welcome message only in one language (German). Implemented Basic Language is also German. The Lme Survey Version is: 3.15.9

I use the fruity theme and Ajax mode is deactivated by default. Here is the test link:

Create a new survey with a welcome message and one question group.
Export it (LSS export) and then attach it here.

Denis has suggested that "Show welcome message Maybe at OFF". Where could I check that?
